Direction & Concept
Each season's story starts with a one-page brief — colour, fabric, silhouette, price band, target client. The brief is the contract between design and commerce.
02 · Sketch
Hand & AI Drafting
Designers sketch by hand or prompt ERP-aware models. The output is always a tangible line drawing — the most honest start of a real garment.
03 · Develop
AI Concept Set
Concepts are generated against historical ERP data, not generic prompts. Each piece knows its fabric, MOQ and lead time before it becomes a sample.
04 · Deliver
PDF + Video + Sample
Approved concepts flow into a printable proposal, a lookbook video, and finally a physical sample ready for the next client visit.
